1. Overview

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

2.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:

• 14 days after we receive back the returned goods, or
• 14 days after you provide evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

3. Conditions for Returns

3.1 Eligible Products

Products are eligible for return if they are:

• Unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
• In the same condition as when received
• Returned within the applicable return period
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

3.2 Non-Returnable Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Products that have been opened or unsealed
• Products where the safety seal is broken or missing
• Products that have been partially consumed

This exception is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive, which excludes "sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery."

For returns within the 14-day withdrawal period, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed to bear them or failed to inform you that you have to bear them.
